6. Government & Institutional Supply

Government Departments, Gram Panchayats, Municipalities, Institutions and other public bodies may submit their requirements through our website or directly to SUN SOLAR.

Submission of a Government Supply request through the website is an enquiry or requirement submission and does not automatically create a binding Government purchase order.

Supply will be processed according to the applicable:

7. Order Acceptance

SUN SOLAR reserves the right to accept or decline an enquiry or order where necessary due to product availability, technical feasibility, pricing errors, transportation limitations, documentation issues or other reasonable business considerations.

An order is considered confirmed only after acceptance by SUN SOLAR and completion of any agreed documentation or payment requirements.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be as specified in the relevant quotation, purchase order, work order or agreement.

Where advance payment is required, production, procurement or dispatch may begin only after receipt of the agreed payment.

For Government Departments and institutions, payment terms may be governed by the applicable purchase order and approved departmental procedure.

9. Delivery & Transportation

Delivery timelines provided by SUN SOLAR are reasonable estimates based on product availability, manufacturing, procurement and transportation conditions.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including transportation delays, weather conditions, supplier delays, natural events, Government restrictions or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Freight and transportation charges will be as stated in the quotation or agreed order terms.

10. Inspection of Material

Customers or authorized representatives should inspect the supplied material at the time of delivery wherever reasonably possible.

Any visible shortage, transportation damage or incorrect material should be reported to SUN SOLAR promptly with supporting photographs or documents.

11. Installation

Installation is included only when specifically mentioned in the quotation, purchase order or work order.

Where installation is not included, the customer is responsible for appropriate installation in accordance with applicable technical requirements.

Civil foundation work, excavation, electrical work, transport of poles and site preparation may be charged separately unless specifically included.

12. Site Conditions

The customer or concerned authority is responsible for providing reasonable access to the installation site.

Project timelines may be revised where site conditions prevent safe or proper installation.

Such conditions may include:

• Unavailable installation locations
• Underground utilities
• Road access restrictions
• Rocky or unsuitable soil
• Flooding or severe weather
• Permission or clearance delays
• Unsafe working conditions

13. Warranty

Warranty will apply according to the warranty terms stated for the specific product or project.

Different system components may carry different warranty periods. The warranty stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, warranty document or purchase order will prevail.

Warranty generally does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation by unauthorized persons

14. Service & Repair
